- When is the interest on Savings paid out?
The interest is paid out on the last day of every month into your Savings based on your balance.
Can I make a deposit into my Savings apart from payroll?
You can deposit directly into our bank account then submit a proof of payment to our office or via email to info@carecoop.co.zm. You may also make a bank transfer or pay using your card at our office.- Can I change my monthly savings contribution amount?
Yes, you can submit a savings adjustment form that can be submitted via email to info@carecoop.co.zm. The savings adjustment form must be submitted before the 5th of every month to be considered for payroll amendments.
