You can:

• Withdraw your savings or receive loan disbursements (up to K20,000.00) by selecting MTN Money as a payment option on our digital or PDF forms.
• Make loan repayments.
• Deposit funds into your savings account.

2. How do I select MTN Money as my payment option for withdrawals or disbursements?

When filling out our loan or savings withdrawal forms (paper or digital), choose MTN Money as your preferred payment method. Ensure you provide your correct MTN Money number.

3. How do I deposit money into my savings or repay a loan using MTN Money? 

Follow these steps:

1. Dial *115#
2. Select option 5 ‘MomoPay’
3. Select option 1 ‘Pay Merchant’
4. Enter Merchant Code ‘27886670‘
5. Enter Amount
6. Enter NRC number as reference
7. Enter PIN

4. Is there a limit to the amount I can transact? 

Yes, the maximum amount for loan disbursements or savings withdrawals via MTN Money is K20,000.00 per transaction.

5. How long does it take for transactions to reflect?

Loan and withdrawal turnaround times (TATs) still apply.
